ICBC Class 7L Take The Practice Knowledge Test
Study the Province MTO Driver’s Handbook thoroughly knowledge test assesses your knowledge of Province Highway Traffic Act road rules, safe driving practices, and traffic signs.
It’s true, practice makes perfect! Do you know what else is true? You must take a test to get your Class 7L learners permit, in fact you need to take three (rules, signs and vision). Have no fear, we offer some practice tests to keep new drivers sharp and ready for when test time arrives. These tests will also help stay ahead in class. Take them as many times as you like
Taking the online practice test gives you a good chance of passing the knowledge test and getting on the road with your learner’s licence. The questions are based on the real test (with some differences) so you’ll know what to expect and can take the knowledge test with confidence.
The practice test is available in English, Chinese and Punjabi. You can practice as many times as you want.

Unpaid debt, such as a provincial violation ticket or penalty point premiums, could affect your ability to renew or upgrade your licence when you visit.
ICBC-operated driver licensing offices open their doors to the public at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays, except for the Metrotown location, which opens at 10 a.m. Service BC centres and driver licensing agents are not affected at this time.
